Description
Horizontal Screen Plants
Reliable. Durable. Flexible. Renowned for their performance and longevity, our Cedarapids portable screen plants feature triple shaft horizontal screens with the El-Jay® oval stroke design.
They are able to handle many variations of feed materials and can produce multiple products needed at specific
locations. The plants are designed for scalping and finish screening applications and, with their numerous blending capabilities, can produce a wide range of product specifications.
Screen & Wash Plant
Power with Performance. The TXW620HT washing plant features our durable Terex® Cedarapids Screens that range in size from 5’ x 16’ to 6’ x 20’ (1524 mm x 4877mm to 1829 mm x 6096 mm).
The screens are teamed with single or twin dewatering screws and fitted with strategically placed nozzles for material scrubbing. High capacity dewatering screws deliver the fine aggregates while chutes and cross conveyors deliver the sized products.
