TEREX® MPS MODULAR PLANTS Comprehensive, flexible and effective, the Terex® MPS Modular product range has been specifically created to meet a very wide range of static crushing and screening applications. All modules are pre-engineered, pre-built, pre-wired and pre-tested to operate on a small footprint with low civil engineering and operating costs to meet interchangeably with fast, easy on-site assembly and minimal wiring. Plus, the modules and components can be easily transported in standard 40’ (12.2m) shipping containers or by road, enabling our customers to quickly mobilize on site to a different location.

JAW MODULES
The Terex® MJ42 Modular Jaw Crusher features the rugged JW42 jaw for high production. Its hydraulically actuated
wedge system allows closed-side settings to be made quickly and easily.
The Terex® MJ47 Modular Jaw Crusher is designed for large quarries or contractors that want a stationary type design without the complexity of a normal stick-built plant.
The MJ400R brings customers a proven, cost-effective and durable machine in a modular all-electric format with ‘no
crawl’ maintenance access to the chamber. It features the Terex® TJ2844R single toggle jaw crusher with hydraulic
overload protection as standard. It has a fully galvanized steel structure including walkways, steps, guardrails and product conveyor and is CE compliant. This product is ideal for C&D recycling applications, as well as quarries and mines,
and integrates well with established systems or working independently
